Fall School Tours
Now, Two Choices-

All Fall School Tours include:
- Wagon ride to see the crops being grown
- Petting of the farm animals in the Kritter Korral
- Visit with the goats at Ontario's largest Goatwalk
- Tons of Fun in Downey's Play Area
- All tours take home a Farm Activity Booklet from Downey's Farm
Apple Picking Tour
Available September 10- September 28, 2012
Come visit our orchards at the farm! Students will receive a wagon ride to the orchard, a lesson in apple picking and the opportunity to pick apples from the tree. Each child will take home their own fresh picked apples, colouring booklet and lots of great memories from their farm experience.
Please note the only students receive take home products.
Full day programs include two additional activities – Awesome Apples, Scarecrow making, Harvest Fun, Bee Buzz, or Animal Adventure.
1/2 Day Program - $7.00 per person (90 minutes)
Full Day Program - $13.00 per person
One free adult (teachers included) per 5 students. All additional guests must pay the regular farm entrance fee. Deposit is required at the time of booking* (See Below). Balance of payment is due upon arrival. Minimum group rate is 20 people or $140 for half day program.

Pumpkin Fall Tours
Available September 10 to October 31, 2012
Children will learn to identify different types of corn and pumpkins. Children will enjoy a stop by the pumpkin patch where they are told how pumpkins grow, and will visit the corn maze, straw jumps and Skeleton Band.
Each child will take home a mini pumpkin, colouring booklet and lots ofgood memories. Please note the only students receive take home products. Each class takes home a class pumpkin.
*Deposit Required
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking for date and time requested for a half-day program and $100 for a full day’s program. Your trip is not guaranteed unless deposit received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be at least 14 days before date of trip. In order to cancel, speak to Ruth or Darlene directly. Messages with staff or on answering machine are not accepted. If procedure is not followed, loss of deposit will result.
In case of inclement weather, we have an indoor program available.
