Family Fun at the Farm

The farm is a whole different world, where kids learn again how much fun it is to run and play and laugh with their family and friends.

Downey's Funland has a Play Area and a Kritter Korral. The Play Area has a tractor tire sandbox and a trike track. The Kritter Korral has farm animals to see, pet and feed. Children will see calves, llama, sheep, rabbits, and goats. The goats walk high over everyone's heads on narrow, steeply sloped boards.

Other attractions include the tricycle track, giant sandbox, monster truck, wooden play
train, and Downey's mini put.

The Play Area is open daily from mid-May to October 31st, from 10 am to 5 pm.  Last admission is 4 pm.

Wagon rides are included in admission.
The wagon goes out at 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that the Play Area and Animals close Oct. 31, and will reopen Mid-May.

Daily Admission Price*

Due to the introduction of H.S.T. (13%) by the Provincial Government, we regretfully must include the new tax in our admission price commencing July 1st, 2010.

July 1 2010 to September 24 2010: $5.50 per person (ages 2-92)
Downey's Play Area is closed to the public when corporate picnics are booked.

*Play Area and Animals closed Satuday July 10th 2010 and Saturday September 11th 2010 for private events.

Admission Price differs during Pumpkinfest (September 25 – October 31)
Weekday admission: $5.50 per person

Weekend and Holiday Admission:

Downey’s Price per Person:   $11 per person (H.S.T. included)
(Admission Price per Person: $10 per person + H.S.T. (%13) = $11.30)

Downey’s Family Rate: $50 (H.S.T. included)
(Family Admission Price: $45 + H.S.T. (13%) = $50. 85)
